What are your shipping policies? 

All shipping is free worldwide for paintings on canvas! Please allow 1 week to prepare your painting for safe shipping.

If you are purchasing a painting on wood I’m happy to provide a shipping quote based on the size, weight, and destination of your order-simply send me a message through the contact form. When you’re ready to purchase, add the artwork to your cart and complete checkout. Shipping will appear as £0 at checkout, as each painting on wood requires individual shipping considerations.

Once your order is placed, I’ll contact you shortly after with shipping details and costs. With your approval, shipping charges will be processed separately.

 

International orders from outside of the UK where they are works on canvas will be taken off the stretcher bars and rolled into a tube for safe and secure shipping. These can then be given to your local framer to restretch and frame. Please state at checkout if you would like the painting to go direct to your local framer along with the address. 

Can I return my painting?

 

Due to the delicate nature of transporting artwork, returns or exchanges are not accepted for original artworks due to change of mind.

Every piece is handled with the utmost care throughout the printing, packaging, and shipping process. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please photograph the packaging before opening the parcel, and then photograph the artwork and any visible damage inside.

Original artworks naturally evolve over time. From the moment a painting is created, it begins to age. As materials mature, paint layers and primers may gradually lose flexibility and become more brittle. Environmental factors such as humidity and temperature fluctuations can also affect the artwork, potentially contributing to natural cracking or surface changes over time.

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for natural ageing or material changes in artwork.

If an original painting or small original arrives damaged during transit, I will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement commission where possible.

Can I commission you to painting something?

I’d be happy to create a commissioned piece for you. I open only a limited number of commission spots each year, so please get in touch for availability and details.​
